Job Discription
- Documents financial transactions.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Analyzing and adapting accounting policy and regulations to suit the organizations requirement.
- Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Liasioning with Banks for smooth release of funds for the project.
- Liaison with Rating Agencies and Shareholders
- Liaison with Internal, Statutory and Tax Auditors
- Internal controls/audit/implementation policies/procedures, Strategic Business planning, Risk Management.
