- P2P process awareness and hands on experience in contracting
- Thorough understanding on contractual terms and conditions for effective procurement.
- Thorough understanding on product / services required for functioning of O&M of Power Plant.
- Should have handled spend volume in excess of around INR 350lakhs-400lakhs per annum (scale of procurement spend handled)
- Good exposure to market in respect of vendors relatable to a process industry (preferably thermal power) including service providers specific to power industry.
- Exposure on e-procurement / e-auction, price estimation.
- Experience in handling Annual Rate Contract for product and Services.
- Working experience in SAP MM module
- Good communication (verbal/written) with analytical / logical reasoning abilities
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Interpersonal relationship / cross functional collaboration
